On December 1st, 2000, I started work with NetSource America in the roll of a Network Architect. Most important to me when choosing this position was a good team of people to work with and NetSource America has some of the best. Customer orientation, good skill sets, virtual teams, training, mentoring, use of methodology and procedure, as well as good engineering practice are key to the NetSource America story from my point of view. We sell these packaged as services, delivered by one of our virtual teams. If you need networking help, we would love to have you as a customer, give us a call. From May 2000 until December 2000, I was working as a consultant. I met a lot of interesting people working on interesting project, but as a consultant never really felt like anything more than a hired gun. I missed being part of a team and spent a lot of time looking for a team to join or a company that wanted a team of good people put together. From Noveber 1994 until May 2000, I was part of an excellent team of Senior Network Engineers with Onvoy (formerly MRNet) that built much of the Internet in Minnesota. My position was eliminated as part of downsizing in May 2000. This page links to Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF and HTML versions of a traditional resume and a skills summary. I like the skills summary better. These are now slightly out of date as they don't reflect the consulting that I did in 2000 or my new position with NetSource America. Skills and
