Since I learned to ride, I have loved my bike.  The sad story is that I stopped making time to ride.  In June of 2000 I bought a new bike with the intention to use it to get into a regular exercise routine.  Its a Trek Navigator 300, I love it.   I didn't realize that it would make me feel like a twenty-something year old again.   I bought it at Freewheel Bike at 6th and Cedar in Minneapolis, I highly recommend them.  My son Matthew loves his bike too.  We made a deal that he could ride out of the neighborhood when he was with me.  Together we have been exploring the larger area near our home.  In July, we bought a trailer so that the whole family could come on bike rides.
